Barrack Young Controller (BYC) kept hope of
clinching the Liberia Football Association (LFA) premiership title for
the first time alive with a 2-1 victory over another youthful LFA
premier club, UMC Roots at the Nancy Doe Stadium in Kakata, Margibi
County.
The vital win secured second spot for the kids
who have put up a strong challenge for the title.
Samuel G. Thompson, who won a
master card against LPRC Oilers in his side’s 2-1 victory, rattled the
net while another teammate added the other as the youthful LFA premier
club moved second on the 18 teams’ LFA premier log with 60 points from
30 matches.

BYC Coach Abraham Sese
League leader LPRC now tops the Sekou Konneh boys
with a point with equal games remaining, while Mighty Barrolle dropped
third with 58 points but a game in hand.
Mighty Barrolle meets traditional rival,
