Archie Harvey Score’s Harnosands Debut Goal

Three Liberians were in action for Swedish outfit Harnosands FF last weekend in the just ended Berners Cup in Sweden.

Former Liberian premiership champion Mighty Barrolle and Division 1 outfit Monrovia FC fast moving winger Archie Harvey landed 2 goals for Harnosands FF.

Archie Harvey considered as the moving train landed his first goal against Mariehems SK that led Harnosands FF to 1-1 result Friday night.

He appeared on the score sheet for the second time in the second match against Sundsvall IFK that settled Harnosands FF first victory after a 1-0 battle.

The scorer searched for the 3rd goals but was prevented by tough defenders from Steamers IF on Saturday night, but created a chance to his team land 1 and it ended 1-1 against Steamers IF.

Former Monrovia FC center defender Hassan Kanneh was a talk-about name during the tournament. The defender perfect stopping calculation, heading, ball control and self confidence were admired by many coaches.

Another Liberian that made Harnosands FF officials to feel healthier was Bameke Toure that has been converted to a defensive midfielder. His ability to win and blocked was a major tools that saw the club midfield session on track.

The Liberians are going to be a great meaning for Harnosands FF this season that kickoff in April. The players are under the management of Tore Eliasson, a Liberian football manager basing in Sweden.
